Assisted Leg Stretch with Stretch Rope

Individual Yoga

Beginner, Advanced, Pre/Post-surgery modifications. Each session is one hour and is tailored to your unique needs. I bring all equipment.

Couples Yoga

Practicing yoga as a couple is a wonderful way to spend time together while knowing that your partner is also improving their well being.

"My husband and I have taken yoga with Alex for years and especially love the option of couples yoga. Alex teaches us how to achieve the poses on our own to get the full benefits in class as well as continue our practice outside the studio. Alex is very good a learning her students strengths and limitations. She won't settle until they feel the full benefit of a pose using props and hands-on instruction to achieve success. Alex is incredibly knowledgeable about the human body and has helped us through many chronic issues. Couples yoga is fun and a great motivator to continue practicing at home.
